CANCELLATIONS
Reservations guaranteed with credit cards AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, can be canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival without charge. A cancellation made less than 7 days before the date of arrival will result in a charge of the total amount of the first night of stay. In case that in the booked day the guest does not arrive, the fee paid will not be refunded and the first night will be charged. Similarly, no refunds for early departures apply.
